The M6GT®, Reengineered.

A road-going interpretation of an experimental Le Mans prototype, developed on a modern platform.

Story.

The M6GT was originally conceived during the Can-Am era as an experimental road-going prototype with Le Mans aspirations, but never reached full-scale production.

Retroformance revisits the concept through a clean-sheet chassis and modern engineering approach—preserving the original intent while resolving the limitations that prevented its realization.

Philosophy.

The objective is not to replicate, but to execute the idea correctly.

Proportions, stance, and overall presence remain faithful to the original concept. Beneath the surface, tolerances, structure, and integration reflect current engineering standards.

Every decision is made to balance authenticity with usability.

Engineering.

The chassis is a fully aluminum structure designed for rigidity, serviceability, and consistent build quality.

Suspension geometry and mounting architecture are engineered to support modern components, while maintaining correct visual and dimensional relationships.

The platform is adaptable, but not open-ended. Configuration is defined to ensure the integrity of the design is maintained.

Build.

The M6GT® is delivered as a component system, up to fully-complete offerings.

Builders may complete the vehicle independently or with professional assistance. We work directly with each client to define the appropriate configuration, level of involvement, and build path.

Clarity at the outset is critical to a successful project.
